About Us

Welcome to shopbritrose.com, where shopping is fun and helps others at the same time! Shopbritrose.com is a part of the Brit Rose Foundation, and was started to shine a light on suicide prevention, mental illness, and bullying prevention. We are a non-profit organization, and your purchases will help support several organizations including; The Grand Halliburton Foundation, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and the National Institute of Mental Health. Purchases will also help fund education programs for schools, parents, children and young adults.

Did you know 1 in 5 young people in the U.S. suffers from a diagnosable, treatable mental illness? Yet, nearly two-thirds of them get little to no treatment or help. No other disease claims more lives than mental illness, and we want to help change that!

Tori Serpa
Owner and Buyer

I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1984 with a double major in marketing and communication. After graduating, I worked as a Southwest Airlines flight attendant for twenty years. I am married to Roy, my college sweetheart. We have two children, Blake, age 24, and Brittney Rose, who is now our angel in Heaven.
It has always been a dream of mine to own a boutique of some sort. I, however, was never certain if it would be an actual brick and mortar store, an online business, or a home based business. My true passions are volunteering for non-profits in my community, and now I am now able to marry my dream of owning a boutique and running a non-profit organization!

Roy is the CEO of Lakeview Health, a drug and alcohol treatment center in Jacksonville, FL. He is also a board member of Castlewood Eating Disorder Treatment Center in St. Louis, MO

Erin Stewart

Erin currently lives in Neptune Beach with her husband of 23 years, Bryan. They are new empty nesters as their children, Savannah and Rex both attend college in Alabama.
For Erin, the purpose behind Brit Rose is extremely personal. She is very passionate about raising awareness and educating others on mental illness to help reduce the stigma that often causes so many people to suffer alone, not seek help, and too often leads to suicide.
She is a former elementary school teacher and stay at home mom who has loved serving others through women’s ministry & mentoring others in their walk with the Lord. She loves spending time with her family, her dogs and being at the beach. In her free time she enjoys reading, writing, crocheting, swimming, decorating, creating, and laughing as much as possible.
